Gas/Oil boilers use Natural gas, coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, carbon black tail gas, biogas, diesel, heavy oil, light oil, crude oil, etc. as fuel,
with relatively stable prices, high combustion efficiency and excellent environmental performance. Therefore, they have become the first choice for many users.
Using more advanced combustion technology and heat transfer technology, a 1t/h gas boiler can save $50,000 in gas costs each year.
Combustion System
After continuous research, testing and optimization by the R&D team, we finally adopted the FGR (Flue Gas Recirculation) combustion technology to mix the incompletely burned flue gas with air for combustion, thus reducing emissions and saving energy consumption.
The combustion system calculates the real-time data recorded by the gas flow meter, water flow meter and steam flow meter to achieve the most accurate energy saving, safety and stability.
Condenser: can increase the inlet water temperature through the principle of heat exchange.
Fan: Mixes a portion of the recovered flue gas with air to unify the temperature and achieve stable combustion.
We use feather tube heat conduction and condensate recovery technology to maximize the use of heat energy generated by combustion. Taking a 10-ton boiler as an example, if the condensate is not recovered, the heat wasted per hour is equivalent to wasting 112m³ of natural gas, and the gas bill wasted in a year is more than US$500,000.
Our feather tube has excellent heat transfer performance and can reduce the diameter of the boiler body, saving more than 30% of floor space.Reduce construction costs.
