Mainly includes combustion technology, heat transfer technology and environmental protection technology, etc.
Combustion Technology
Air staged combustion technology: Through the process of adding air in a quantitative and segmented manner, primary air supply and secondary air supply are generated. The primary air supply reduces the amount of air supplied, forming a fuel-rich combustion state in the furnace and reducing the nitrogen oxides generated by the combination of fuel and air. The secondary air supply mixes with the flue gas generated by the combustion of the fuel to continue burning the fuel.
Low-nitrogen combustion technology: mainly by reducing the combustion reaction temperature and continuously reducing the excess air coefficient, thereby continuously shortening the actual residence time of the flue gas in the high temperature zone, and finally comprehensively controlling nitrogen oxides (NOx).
Heat Transfer Technology
It mainly includes water-cooled wall technology, superheater technology and economizer technology.
The water-cooled wall is the main heating surface inside the boiler, which absorbs the heat of the flue gas to evaporate water into steam.
The superheater is used to further heat the steam into superheated steam to improve the work capacity of the steam.
The economizer uses the waste heat of the flue gas to preheat the boiler feed water, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
