Electric boilers produce 2M-16M BTU per hour, and electrode boilers produce 12M-277M BTU per hour. Their biggest advantage is that they are safe, stable and pollution-free.
Simple operation to complete the supply of steam and hot water. The process is safe and stable.
PLC fully automatic intelligent control system
It is mainly composed of PLC control unit, sensors and actuators, human-machine interface (HMI) and communication network. The sensor monitors various parameters of the boiler in real time and transmits the data to PLC through the communication network. PLC adjusts and optimizes the control strategy in real time based on the feedback data, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the boiler's power system and thermal system.
Sensor data feedback
The boiler is integrated with high-precision sensors to monitor operating conditions in real time. When scale accumulation exceeds the standard or there is a shortage in the water supply system, the system will immediately issue an alarm to ensure timely processing. In addition, advanced circuit protection devices and comprehensive fault detection systems work together to effectively prevent the risk of electric shock and immediately detect potential problems, thereby ensuring that the boiler continues to operate in a safe and stable state.
