Project Introduction

As a heritage producer of sauce-aroma baijiu in Renhuai City’s Chishui River basin, Guizhou Anjiu Distillery adheres to the ancient “12987” craft – nine cycles of steaming sorghum, eight fermentations, and seven distillations. Their 2018-installed coal-fired boilers struggled with temperature fluctuations (±15°C) during critical steaming phases, risking incomplete starch conversion and off-flavors. With Guizhou province’s 2025 coal-to-gas conversion mandate and soaring fuel costs (Yunnan anthracite prices rose 34% in 2022), the distillery prioritized a 15t/h gas steam boiler capable of sustaining 100°C±2°C for 8-hour steaming batches across six parallel pits.

Product Advantages

The WNS15-1.25-YQ-L2 gas steam boiler revolutionizes baijiu’s thermal management through dual-condensate recovery technology, capturing waste heat from distillation exhaust to preheat fermentation cellar walls – a first in liquor industry applications. Its staggered-tube bundle design ensures 1.25MPa steam delivery with 96.7% dryness, maintaining rigid 100-102°C zones for sorghum gelatinization without scorching. Crucially, the boiler’s corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel economizer withstands 85% humidity and acidic vapors from fermenting pits, achieving 18,000 hours of annual operation with <2% efficiency decay. Real-time sorghum moisture sensors integrated into the control system auto-adjust steam output, slashing coal consumption by 40% while meeting Guizhou’s strict ≤20 mg/Nm³ dust emissions.
