The WNS integrated condensing steam boiler integrates the boiler body with the flue gas condenser, economizer, water tank and other components. The installation process of the boiler is simplified and the floor space is saved. Since the connection between the various components is tighter, the possibility of heat loss and leakage is also reduced, further improving the thermal efficiency and safety of the boiler.

In 2021, we launched a new integrated condensing steam boiler with upgraded heat exchange elements and furnace body, a 20% increase in heat exchange area, and no condensate caused by FGR.     The economizer is integrated with the condenser, which reduces unnecessary connection flanges, simplifies the installation process, and avoids leakage caused by improper flange connection between the economizer and the condenser; improves the thermal efficiency and safety of oil/gas steam boilers.

  • Flue gas circulation technology without condensation water

    No FGR condensate. Through extensive theoretical and practical testing, we have optimized the balance of smoke extraction temperature, position, and flue length. This careful arrangement has significantly shortened the FGR pipeline, effectively eliminating FGR condensate. As a result, it prevents burner flameouts caused by condensate entering the fan and reduces the space occupied by the FGR system.
